We work together with a network of doctors who specialise in cosmetic medicine. For medical treatment requests like botulinum, hyaluronic acid, other fillers and PDO threads, appointments can be made on Saturdays or by arrangement. During a consultation, our doctors will advise you in detail about possible side effects and behaviour following the respective treatment, and they will work out a bespoke treatment plan with you to achieve the best possible results.
When botulinum toxin (botulinum) is used in the lowest dosage, it inhibits the transmission of stimuli from the nerves to the muscles. The relaxation leads to skin smoothing, especially in the area of the nasal root, forehead and eye area. The injections are performed with the finest needles and are virtually painless. The effect appears after approx. 3 days and reaches its maximum effect after 10 days and lasts for approximately 4 months after the first injection. After successive treatments, there is an increase in how long the effect lasts. The treatment aims to reduce or even eliminate the facial lines around the eyes or on the forehead (or other areas), leaving the face looking much fresher and younger.
Injection with hyaluronic acid filler: hyaluronic acid is a natural component of our skin and gives the face smoothness and elasticity. Over time, however, the hyaluronic acid content of the skin is constantly decreasing, and this leads to lines and changes in outline. This loss can be offset by injecting hyaluronic acid with fine needles almost painlessly under the skin to replenish lost volume. The skin’s appearance is significantly rejuvenated. The aim of the treatment is to pad out lines and wrinkles, build up facial contours, fill narrow lips and flat cheeks, etc., as well as totally refreshing and smoothing the skin. The advantage is that the results are immediately visible and the effects last for 6-12 months, depending on the preparation.
The biodegradable sutures are made from a material that has been used as in surgical stitches for many years and that dissolves completely by itself within 6-8 months. These PDO threads are inserted into the skin or subcutaneous fatty tissue with the help of very thin canulas, depending on the area, where they gently smooth wrinkles and tighten the skin. New collagen is formed around the sutures. This resembles a supporting scaffold and tightens the tissue over time. This procedure is minimally invasive and, thanks to an anaesthetic cream, practically painless and with very few complications. Our doctors will work out an individual treatment plan with you to achieve the best possible results.
