Procedure without surgical intervention Fat-away injection lipolysis is a non-surgical procedure for the removal of disturbing fat deposits by introducing a special solution into the excess fatty tissue. In contrast to liposuction (lipolysis), treatment with the fat-away injection does not require anesthesia. This makes the procedure ideal for patients who shy away from the effort of surgery and the associated follow-up treatment and possible side effects.
During treatment with fat-away injection lipolysis, the fat deposits are destroyed, e.g. under the chin and transported away by massage.
For surgical treatment in form, the problem may seem too small. Nevertheless, there is dissatisfaction with one’s own appearance and comments about the “double chin” from the social environment may disturb self-confidence. In these cases, fat-away injection lipolysis (also fat-away injection) can offer a welcome solution for the treatment of small fat deposits without surgery. Procedure of the treatment
Fat-away injection lipolysis can be used to dissolve stubborn fat deposits in the body. We use the Korean Mesogun Vital Injector to evenly introduce the active ingredients into the fat pads. The fat cells are made to release fatty acids by the injected active ingredients. A treatment with desoxicholic acid is combined with a subsequent massage therapy, which accelerates the dissolution of the fat and the distribution of the active ingredient. The cells release the fat stored in them and it is broken down naturally by the body. On the one hand, the meso-injections ensure that existing fat deposits are broken down, and on the other hand, the active ingredients also have a preventive effect: blood circulation increases in the treated areas. The tissue is drained and re-deposition of fat is prevented. The treatment is generally very well tolerated, side effects can be temporary redness and swelling, but these subside completely. You are immediately socially acceptable again. For smaller fat deposits, about 2-3 treatments at intervals of 3 weeks are recommended. The slimming effect occurs 2-3 weeks after the treatment.
Treatment results
Finally, a firm and smooth complexion. For smaller fat deposits, the skin-tightening and slimming effect of the fat removal injection is already visible after one treatment. Pronounced depots must be treated a few times at intervals of about 3 weeks. Fat-removal treatment is low-risk and is generally very well tolerated. Immediately after the treatment, there may be itching, small redness, swelling or hematomas. These reactions are normal and subside after one to two days at the latest.
After the treatment
In principle, there are no major restrictions in everyday life after treatment with fat-removal treatment. To keep any reactions of your body low, we recommend the following care tips:
- Until about an hour after the treatment, you should avoid touching the treated skin areas.
- The treated area should not be cooled.
- For the next 3 months, you should pay attention to a diet that is as fat-free as possible.
- During 24 hours after the treatment, avoid sunlight, sauna and strenuous sports.
- Follow-up treatment is only necessary in the case of pronounced cellulite and stubborn fat deposits. The optimal number of treatments will be discussed together.

How much does a treatment with the fat-away injection cost? The cost of treatment with the fat-away sprize depends mainly on the desired result. Here, the number of zones that are to be treated plays a decisive role. In addition, depending on the area of the body, several sessions are necessary. The first zone (one ampoule) costs CHF 300 and there is a discount for each additional zone.
How long does the effect of a fat-away injection last? The effect of the fat-away treatment is immediately visible after the treatment of smaller deposits. In the case of pronounced portfolios, several sessions at intervals of a few weeks are necessary. How long the effect lasts afterwards depends heavily on your lifestyle. A balanced diet and regular exercise ensure a much longer-lasting effect.
What does the treatment process of a fat-away treatment look like? Treatment with the fat-away injection is minimally invasive. The stubborn fat deposits are triggered with the Mesogun and the subsequent massage therapy. As a result, the cells release the stored fat, which is then completely and naturally broken down by the body.
Is a fat-away treatment painful? Pain perception is known to be subjective and varies from person to person. However, since this is a minimally invasive treatment, the pain is minimal. In addition, the treated area is locally anesthetized. Treatment with the fat-away injection is therefore practically painless.
