LASER TREATMENTS?
LASEMD™ is a non-ablative fractional thulium laser. It creates micro-channels in the skin without ablating the top layer of skin. The advantage of non-ablative resurfacing is that the skin remains intact. It stimulates collagen growth in the body in the treatment area and tightens the underlying skin.
This mode of action allows highly potent active ingredients to be deeply absorbed into the skin and the recovery time is very short. Compared to classic microneedling, the active ingredients remain directly deeper in the skin.

Through a LASEMD™ laser treatment with a TA ampoule (tranexamic acid), we are able to lighten your skin, making even larger spots on your skin less noticeable.
The application is gentle and relatively painless. The individual sensation of pain is very different. During the procedure, you can expect a slight stinging sensation and a feeling of heat. Anesthesia is usually not required – but can be given if desired.

The skin forms a barrier against treatments with serums and creams. This means that they are only partially absorbed, which limits their effect! The intelligent skin rejuvenation program maximizes the absorption of revitalizing compounds as it penetrates the skin barrier.
What is the LASEMD™ treatment process with Cosmeceuticals?
- The first step is to analyze the skin and select the perfect Cosmeceutical- active ingredient for it.
- After cleansing, the preparation & activation of the Cosmeceutical active ingredient begins in the LASEMD™ device.
- While the active ingredient is being prepared, the perforation of the skin by thulium laser starts.
- Thereby micro-channels are created in the skin, through which the nano-sized active ingredient can then penetrate and also remain sealed.
- After the active ingredients have been introduced, a special care product is applied immediately afterwards. Due to its occlusive (sealing) effect, the penetration of the precious active ingredient is thus excluded.
- A soothing cream mask follows to calm the skin, and finally the skin is protected with sunscreen if necessary.
What should be considered after the treatment?
- No special aftercare is necessary after the treatment. In principle, you can go about your usual daily routine directly after the laser treatment.
- Depending on the intensity of the treatment, your skin will be slightly more sensitive and reddened to a greater degree.In rare cases, small swellings and a slight burning sensation may occur. However, these are merely accompanying symptoms that are completely normal and will disappear within a short period of time up to a maximum of 2 days.
- Avoid sunbathing and solarium visits during the first weeks and make sure you use a sunscreen with a high sun protection factor.
- We will also provide you with your special active ingredient serum for home use to optimize the results.
- During the healing phase of the skin, peelings and mechanical rubbing should be avoided.
When are the results of the LASEMD™ treatment visible?
- After the healing phase, the first positive effects are already visible.
- However, since the regeneration processes of the skin take some time, it usually takes between a few weeks before you can enjoy the final results.
- With a regular booster treatment, the effects of LASEMD™ treatment can be maintained for a particularly long time.
- For severe skin conditions, such as melasma or larger skin imperfections, we recommend a course of treatments, as the best results are achieved with repeated applications every 2 weeks (Easy Mode) or 3-4 weeks (Advanced Mode).

In a unique procedure, special LASEMD™ products are introduced into the skin to enhance the effect of your procedure, as their active molecules support the mode of action accordingly.
